Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program
The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) is an employer-driven immigration program designed to attract and retain skilled workers to Canada’s Atlantic provinces: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
The program works in partnership with designated employers in the Atlantic region to match qualified skilled foreign workers with job opportunities that cannot be filled by local residents. It offers three streams for skilled workers: Atlantic High-Skilled Program, Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program, and Atlantic International Graduate Program.
To be eligible for the AIPP, candidates must have a job offer from a designated employer in one of the participating Atlantic provinces, meet the program’s language and education requirements, and have sufficient funds to support themselves and their family members.
